Feeling inspired!

One of my best friends has just lost a stone. In one month she has lost all that weight! I am so pleased and proud for/of her. She has said she is going to do something about her weight and has stuck to it. This is something I want to do too! So starting tomorrow will be the start of exercise and eating properly. No more milkshakes.... (They were making me a very grumpy person). 

So my plan is to try and do some sort of exercise at least 5 times a week. I like doing the wii fit so I'm gonna do that and then hopefully try and go jogging when this horrible weather stops being horrible.  And I'm gonna try and log it all everyday. I've been logging onto my fitness pal which seems to be helping not eat so much.
Let's see how it goes and see if I can do as well as Zoe!
