Day 29

I was torn between two pictures. A new packet of crayolas that I purchased today (25 and still buying colouring pens!! It's for a good reason) or some pretty flowers my boyfriend brought me. I opted for the flowers. Crayolas creations can be for another day :P

I forgot to take a picture yesterday so I took 2 today, just to make up for it. 


Day 24 - I was making rainbow push pops at work today. A lot of push pops!!! 


Day 25 - My boss brought me a mini Frijj today. Was tasty but much prefer chocolate brownies as it tastes like a ice cream feast!!

Slim Fast update

I've done really crap this week! Only lost a pound. Suppose it's better than putting on though. At least i'm going to the right direction :)

Slim Fast update

I weighed myself a day before my weigh in day. Naughty i know but i was curious.
I lost 2lbs this week \o/ 

Now to lose that 7lbs and i'll be sooooo happy :D

The 365 day photo challenge

I really like this idea of taking one photo a day and then summing it all up in a video at the end of the year. One of my new years resolutions this year was to take more photo's and i think doing this will help alot. 

So here's what I've been doing for the last 11 days! Most of these most more than likely consist of cakes, as that is my jo, but will try and take more interesting photos :P

Day 1 - New Years Day 2014

Day 2 - First cake of the year, Jungle themed and has a number 2 on for Day 2!!

Day 3 - Me and Darren went to Ed's Diner for dinner

Day 4 - Nappy cake for my friend Sophie. It was her baby shower

Day 5 - Was cleaning out my room and found this. Me and my two best mates

Day 6 - Cath Kidston bear i made at work!

Day 7 - On the slim fast diet. Today was vanilla flavoured milkshake

Day 8 - One of my mum's birthday cakes, this was one for work inspired by Andreas Sweet cakes

Day 9 - Tea Party for my mum's birthday!

Day 10 - My mum's birthday cake!

Day 11 - We had afternoon tea at The Hilton in London.

Always the same this time of year...

Yes its that dreaded time again, a new year, a new start, so that means a new diet!

I've been struggling with my weight for a few years now, always trying new fads and new ways to lose weight. It works for a little while then after a while i get bored. But i have recently discovered slim fast. I did this just before Christmas and lost 9lbs!! in 4 weeks. Then Christmas and new years happened and i put 7 back on! So today is day 1 of the slim fast diet!



So far so good, had my milkshake and not really feeling that hungry at the moment. But give it an hour and that will change lol!! I definitely need to start incorporating exercise into this diet. Last year i didn't. I lost the weight but not the flab. So also today is day 1 of exercise. I don't really get on with the gyms and rarely have time to do that, so i think i will just start doing the wii fit. I enjoy doing it, its at home and its free!! 

So i'm hopefully going to log in a few times a week and keep up to date with the progress i'm doing. 
So here's today:

I want to be at least 10st 7lbs for my holiday in August! I have plenty of time to do it so i have no excuse not to get to that.
