Yes its that dreaded time again, a new year, a new start, so that means a new diet!
I've been struggling with my weight for a few years now, always trying new fads and new ways to lose weight. It works for a little while then after a while i get bored. But i have recently discovered slim fast. I did this just before Christmas and lost 9lbs!! in 4 weeks. Then Christmas and new years happened and i put 7 back on! So today is day 1 of the slim fast diet!
So far so good, had my milkshake and not really feeling that hungry at the moment. But give it an hour and that will change lol!! I definitely need to start incorporating exercise into this diet. Last year i didn't. I lost the weight but not the flab. So also today is day 1 of exercise. I don't really get on with the gyms and rarely have time to do that, so i think i will just start doing the wii fit. I enjoy doing it, its at home and its free!!
So i'm hopefully going to log in a few times a week and keep up to date with the progress i'm doing.
So here's today:
I want to be at least 10st 7lbs for my holiday in August! I have plenty of time to do it so i have no excuse not to get to that.
